What to Expect
1. Once the information about your project is submitted, a Castle Expert will call you to get additional information, if needed, and schedule an appointment with a qualified Service Professional for an in-home evaluation. There is a $75 fee for this evaluation.*
2. The in-home evaluation fee is waived once the estimate is accepted and the work completed. All potential fees will be clearly explained and detailed by your Castle Expert prior to any estimates being delivered or work begun.**
3. Once the estimate is accepted, the project starts! Your Castle Expert will manage the entire project and keep your informed throughout the process.
* This fee ensures that the service provider fully understands the size and scope of your project and can provide an accurate estimate.
** If you cancel the first appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time the $75 fee will be charged.

If the service appointment, that includes a diagnostic fee, is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the assessment fee will be waived, but the diagnostic fee may still be charged.
